- If you decide to write a review, you can choose whether to add your name or other personal information. We are curious about the opinions of our visitors, but reserve the right not to publish contributions that do not meet our site conditions.
- If you respond to an promotion or contest, we will ask for your name, address and email address. We use this information to execute the promotion, announce the winner(s), and measure the response to our marketing actions.

Web hosting at Neostrada
All our websites are hosted at Neostrada. A professional cloud server, hosted in the Netherlands. The hoster does not have access to the personal data of our Online Stores. Should this happen, the company has a duty of confidentiality.
In the mea, all e-mails sent via the online stores are sent via this Hoster.
Software for Websites and Web Shops
All our websites are reasonably kept up to date. We thus guarantee the security of the data. We use the following software packages:
Online shops: Prestashop
Only in our online stores we use two platforms, SISOW and Targetpay that process our payments from our online stores. These platforms process your name. Address and place of residence and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. The two providers have taken appropriate and technical and organisational measures to further improve the service and to share (anonymised) data with third parties.

Broadcasting and Logistics
Only in our online shops (not the sites and holiday portals) we sometimes use multiple carriers. Our contract is with POSTNL with which we ship most goods.
In order to send your package, we share the data. This information is only: Name, address phone, email and/or mobile. PostNL can also provide this information to their subcontractors. This information is necessary in order to be able to deliver your package and to inform you regarding the status of your sent package.
In need we use DHL, GLS, Parcel and DPD. The process is identical to that of POSTNL our home supplier.
For all our online stores we have four suppliers for which we take on the sales. We only provide your personal information to those suppliers. This information only covers information such as name, address, and purchase order (product data). These suppliers deliver your goods directly to you from their warehouse. They send these goods and therefore only need this data. These suppliers (4 pieces) also have a obligation to maintain confidentiality with regard to the information provided.

For our online stores we collect reviews through the platform of WebwinkelKeur. If you leave a review, you are obliged to leave your address name and email address. WebwnkelKeur shares this information with us, so that we can link the reviews to your order.
The webwinkelKeur has taken appropriate and technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.
Invoicing and Accounting
We use the services of Kort & Partners to keep track of our records and accounts. We share your name, address and residence details and details regarding your order. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a copy of the changed information at the known email address.
If you no longer want an account, you can easily make this known to us by contact form. We delete all data. We recommend doing this only if you have not declined for several years, as some products at our stores have a long warranty time. The order history is also removed and it is no longer possible for us to determine the warranty.
Rights of Objection and other rights
You have the right, where appropriate, to object to the processing of your personal data by you on behalf of our websites. If you object, we will immediately cease data processing pending the handling of the objection.
