We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order breaks down during transport or that something else happens so that you can claim a warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months after the rectification of the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.

From 15 February 2016, it will also be possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found on http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not yet been processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
